I am borrowing the Bach I currently use, and was thinking of a Benge to compliment my Martin as a catch-all for everything other than combo. Liberty and Long Ton models, and the Gargantua model at 8 feet long. I have found a Bach 37 can do that very well for me, but Benge horns are well-respected commercial horns, and usually cheaper. So when I say 'all around commercial' I mean typically playing first in pit orchestras and big bands, but by no means do I want to sound thin or fuzzy in the middle register. However, in my experience a Bach 37 with a lead mouthpiece is one of the brightest horns I've ever played.
